Product Refund and Return Policy
We accept returns and provide refunds for orders where items are unopened and unused.
Products must be returned within 14 days, in their original condition.
We do not offer refunds on sale items.
Please contact us within 2 business days to organise a return/ refund.
Services Cancellation Policy
Alpha and Omega Studio Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 72 hours notice.
- Cancellations: Please provide at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This gives us enough time to fill the opening. You can cancel your appointment by calling us on 0432 53 747.
- Late Cancellations: Any cancellation with less than 72 hours notice is considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
- No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without a call to cancel will be considered a no-show and your 50% deposit will be forfeited.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that your appointment may be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule for our other clients.
